₱500.00 - CMUAAI Membership Fee (₱400.00) + Alumni ID Fee (₱100.00)
STEP 2: Fill up the Alumni Information Sheet (Click here to access)
The Alumni Information Sheet (CMU-F-A-ARL-001) is a controlled form designated to record Alumni related inquiries on CMU-ARLO.
The staff will CLEAR you after reviewing your submitted form. Please CHECK your clearance account for verification.
