STEP 1: Pay CMUAAI Membership & ID Fee
For the payment, kindly proceed to CMU Alumni Association, Inc. located at the Fulbright Garden.
₱500.00 - CMUAAI Membership Fee (₱400.00) + Alumni ID Fee (₱100.00)
The Alumni Information Sheet (CMU-F-A-ARL-001) is a controlled form designated to record Alumni related inquiries on CMU-ARLO.
Requirement for BATCH 2024 ONLY:
Look for at least one CMU Alumna/Alumnus to answer the UNIFIED TRACER FORM
Indicate their Full Name when answering the Alumni Information Sheet
The staff will clear you after reviewing your submitted form. Please check your clearance account for verification.
