STEP 1:  Prepare any proof that you are a graduate of Central Mindanao University

(Diploma, Horizon, or Blazer)

STEP 2: Pay CMUAAI Membership & ID Fee 

For the payment, kindly proceed to CMU Alumni Association, Inc. located at the Fulbright Garden.

₱500.00 - CMUAAI Membership Fee (₱400.00) + Alumni ID Fee (₱100.00)

STEP 3: Fill up the Alumni Information Sheet (Click here to access)

The Alumni Information Sheet  (CMU-F-A-ARL-001) is a controlled form designated to record Alumni related inquiries on CMU-ARLO
